I’m going to be straight with you. Last weekend was one of the most fun I have had for a very long time. Our Million Dollar Masterclass, both Diamond and Platinum members joined us in Melbourne for a “Business Planning Workshop”.
Now most of us associate business planning with heady, logical thinking and planning- and perhaps not too much fun. Not this group! They tuned themselves into their passion and created wonderful visions for the next 12 months based on the contributions they want to leave with the world. It was so inspiring to be a part of. (Oh, and we danced all weekend long, yay!)
We had a huge Chinese banquet (and maybe a touch too much wine) on the Saturday night, but nonetheless everyone was present bright-eyed and bushy-tailed on Sunday ready to take on the world.
On Monday our Diamond members had a very inspirational closed-door session. There was some synergy in that room that’s for sure. It’s amazing what happens when you have a clear aligned intention. I even came up with some new teaching paradigms on the fly that I know are just going to help all our members to grow their speaking businesses.

The Art of “Post-Event Pack Down"
It's vitally important that you have a system for packing down your event after its finished.
For every box you pack down, make an item list of what's in the box. This ensures that when you get the boxes back to the office you will know what you need to pack for the next event.
So take it from me, always have a sytem for both unpacking and repacking your event and things will go much more smoothly!
