This week Greg and I are at Tony Robins' Date with Destiny Program up on the Gold Coast and we are having a ball, although I am a bit delirious with the lack of sleep!
It's been quite a journey this week, Greg and I have definitely had some transformation and are getting a lot out of the event. When I get over it all I'll give you a proper update as to what happened!

"The Value of Educating Yourself"
My tip this week is to Educate Yourself. I'm at Tony Robbins' Date with destiny this week on the Gold Coast. Even when you have done a lot of Personal Development like I have, part of you might think "I know this!" But just watching the journey of growth and transformation that Greg and I have been on, and the other participants on, its just fantastic to take this time out of our business and work on ourselves.
Here's what I recommend:
- Take time out of your business by attending a personal development or other form of personal education seminar
- Have a look at what direction you are going in your business.
- Look at what is holding you back from achieving what you really want to

Below is an outline of a position we have available, and we are looking for an extraordinary, efficient whizz!

Who we’re looking for:
We have reached a stage in our growth where we need a business manager or general manager.
We are looking for someone to do the following for us (or supervise the completion of tasks)
- Assist with creation of systems within the business
- Manage staff
- Financial management
- Affiliate payments
- Liaise with bookkeeper to keep things up to date
- Report to us financial position
- Project management of product creation and development
- Project management of website
- Personal assistant to me
- Book venues, accommodation, flights etc
The ideal person would:
- Be a self starter and self manager
- Be able to work from home, but still maintain good communications with the team
- Preferably have run their own business before or worked independently inside of someone else’s business
- Be happy to make decisions independently, knowing that we will support them
- Have a background in speaking businesses or information marketing
- Be aligned with our mission and values below

As you know working with Greg and I is always an adventure. We are a new company, a fast growth startup just entering our second year of business, with a view to doubling or tripling business in the next 12 months. We have a plan for doing this, but not the people to implement.
