Well with only 2 sleeps to go, the Presentation Profits workshop is just around the corner and boy are we all excited! The Shift Speaker Training Team and I have been in a frenzy getting everything ready, and we can't wait to see you if you are one of the lucky ones coming to Melbourne.

30 things you must include on your order forms

People are always asking me how to design their order forms and what they should include. This week's tip is an audit of your order forms.

Here is a complete list of everything you need to have a functional and sales inspiring order form:

Give it a title: Laden it with benefits and try not to call it an order form.

Reiterate a features and benefits list of what’s included in the pack.

Put a photo of you on it (especially if you are at a multispeaker event where they have lots of order forms from lost of people).

Use Post it notes or call out boxes to highlight key selling points.

Put a testimonial on there.

Make sure your guarantee is on there.

Make it clear and easy to read- don’t use too many fonts.

Indicate somewhere to “print clearly”

Put all your office contact details available

Ensure you have the following fields in the order form:

Name

Street address

City

State/County

Post code/zip code

Country

Home phone

Work phone

Mobile phone

Box to indicate credit card type or cheque or cash if you are accepting those

Indicate what you DO NOT accept

Spaces to fill in credit card details

Start date (UK)

Expiry date

Name as it appears on card

Security code

Define what the security code is

Put an opt in tick box to make sure they understand any terms and conditions of the purchase

Signature

Date
